Im bad.they did not have the microphone on,saw cy standing there thought they were his, nope Obriant and a few min later after I left another fella topped that just prior to the scales closing.

Ill leave the rest to aba as its their org and probably copywrighted as for final results until they release.

I do know it was shallow and I mean shallow that produced and topwater, wont say what, other than it looked like my bass buster with a clacker, bend and all, minus the rear willowleaf.

Thats as much hint as you will ever get,as to where, where do you think,or just like it (hint ,hint).

Wont say what size or color either. What was the best color horney toad, tournament day 9/12/09.

Answer for both lies within.

And yes 178 can produce a 20 lb sack,or is capable of it,or holes of a simular nature.

I stopped for gas and was next to the biggest airboat ive ever seen, only one ive ever seen lol.guy has started a guide service bowfishing called outlaw bowfshing out of the ky portion of ky lake.Guess where he had just bee(hint) but way in the back where we cannot go.

Man  its huge. Also new.Come 9/12 wonder if hes going where im going.

Its unusual this time of year for the ledge bite to produce it,yet fishing ledges one can pullup on half a doz and nothing pull up on another and a sackfull, its in pulling up on the right ledge at the right time.50 percet of those fishing ledges would blank getting nothing.

He always fishes a jig ,and always his as he makes them.

And getting 19 + one day does not mean you will the second,it does however give one a good start at the finishing standings.

It sounds like ol' Cy has a good pattern figured out and needs to stick to it.  20 pounds isn't a bad sack of fish.

I went down and watched the weigh in,as can be expected mixed results many anglers having trouble getting even one keeper.some blanking.

Gene an older fella I know had 5 and all alive, but tn racing bass,8.80,but was good for him point wise, next guy as well had 4 and 8.80,next couple had 11.40 and 11.45 respectivly with a 5.9 kicker.

The Cy Duvall a known ledge fisherman (jig) weighed in 19 + with a 5 10 kicker, impressive in this heat,he generally fishes north in ky,about same areas Dave Stweart would.

The one day I drew him he couldnt find much 1 keeper, and that island ledge he showed to me Steve.

But he has a good head start on the two day event.
