Hits on the buzzer dont happen as often as you think, this type works on days when they are reluctant to hit one on top,yet will something just under it, the bait itself is several inches below the water, and considerably farther back than that clacker buzzbalade.
So if one encounters a day when they wont bust them yet will hit say a fluke at and inch or two below it,then from past experience this bait will draw a few strikes.
Its biggest drawback is its weird looking and as a result stays in the foot locker used to store it in.
Ps it was a few days like this that I brought frakenbuzz back out, gradually running it deeper and deeper,as confidence was gained in it.The last fish caught on the franken was a lil over 4 ft deep,in 22 ft of water.
Can I get others to toss them unlikly, yet it works for me anyway.

I'm conserned with hits on the buzzer instead of the bait. But… I might do just that as this is the year I've commited to expanding my presentations. Up until now if you encountered me on the lake there was almost a 100% probability you would find me fishing with: c'rig, crankbait, finess rig or jig. While there's nothing inherently wrong with that it does, without a doubt, complete the equasion "hero or zero". Similar in nature to the guy that "always" fishes shallow or deep.

Still looking for that number 13 shadrap I drilled and put 1 oz or so of of lead into.
Early effort at a swimbait in my defense.yeah long time ago.
Just thought it was odd enough to take a pic and post.

Actually, I have seen one before. Bill Dance did a show about that type of spinnerbait, saying that it worked great under certain conditions….

When one feels the need to reach out and touch someone.
It does work ,drawback is that long wire will bend when one boat flips a decent fish and you have to straigten it out.
Bet youve never seen one prior.
