Well I'm thinking perspective plays a huge role in that opinion. Now… consider the squirrels perspective…. LOL… I gotta hunch it probably didn't think too much of that shot… But it probably didn't think it long – what ever it was thinking!

Bagged a squirrel yesterday.  Took him right off the powerline as he was heading for the yard!  Surprised

Well, I've been a nice enough guy since I moved to west Tennessee.  I've gone squirrel hunting a couple of times with my friend, JD, but enough is enough.

You see, since we bought our house, I've had squirrels trying to dismantle my garage, a little at a time.  The little buggers have been chewing on the T-111 siding like crazy, and it's about to stop.

I've been trying half-heartedly to spook them from the yard with a pellet gun that hasn't been sighted in very well.  Well, now I've got it sighted in and I can hit a quarter size target at twenty yards with each shot.

AND, to reach out and "touch someone," I've added a 3×9 scope to my trusty Ithaca lever action .22!

That's now sighted in and good for fifty yards, and it's accurate enough that should I see one of the little buggers poking his head around the base of a tree, that head is going to have a hole in it!!!

Look out squirrels, Steve is mad and out for vengeance!!!  Yell
