A new place to buy guns in Tennessee! 

Legislators in the state capitol are introducing a bill that would allow police departments to sell off confiscated firearms.  I think this is a great idea.  As it is now, guns sit around the evidence room until they're hauled off and sold for scrap metal.  Police departments would be able to make more money off gun sales than scrap sales, so they'd be able to shore up their sagging budgets with a little extra cash.
