Well having 5 adopted dogs, several seem to hate water, one has to kick them off the back steps if its raining or even the ground is wet.Surprisingly those that have a dislike of water have longer coats and webbed feet.
The reverse is true if one of those 1/4in to 3 in tn snowfalls occur.hey the banks here close and go home with 1/4 in ,same with schools, get three best call to see if they are actually open.
Anyway the same ones who do not like to get wet love snow, rolling in it and when it melts creates wetness all the same.the ones who ran around in the rain only want a small amt of running in the white stuff
.Must have been born in Tn is all I can figure out on the snow effect, even dogs here fail to work correctly.
We eventually got about three inches, which all at one time is event full most of the time it barely covers the ground and one cannot ski on it,or ride a sleigh, taking time to make a snowball one has to scrape up 10 sq ft of snow,I know I made one last year.people asked why I got out in that frigid weather 29 F,and shoveled my entire yard off not just the sidewalk.
One observation for people of a southern lat, more nanoock parkas exist here than in Fairbanks, complete with wrap around fur as carharts are only good to say 40 deg.
BRRRRRR Im snowbound, ive fallen and cant get up.
Yes im bored, wanna go fishing, with that last warm spell water temp raised to 46 F,doesnt take long here. And wont be much longer.
