Yeah, it rained here for about half an hour, just enough to bring the humidity up to 1000%!!!  So now my grass will grow for a little while, then start to turn brown again…..

First time in over 6 weeks ,with 100 plus heat indexes all along same time period, garden withered and died, needed this several weeks ago.Even the pumkin died, watermelons and lopes iffy was starting to go may anyway, but hopefully some will be saved.

More important in the sporting world is it will genrrate a tad more current bring oxy levels and ph levels back up,current 12,000 cfs thats low and ph at nuetral not above along with 4ppm of oxy at the surface.

Been an odd year to say the least, cold winter and a shad kill, great for the lake as nothing can eat the large ones hardly and they eat valuable food for more preferable species.High water followed by tva keeping it high suspect to wipe out what grass was left.

There is some and the grass shrimp here get about 1 in long, large enough to tye a fly imitation if so desired, with regular grass shrimp kills.

Next we have very lil incoming water and excessive heat about 5 deg warmer water than last year.

With very lil comfort zone avvailable.

Normally a 15 1/4 in largemouth here is 2 /18-2 1/4 same as a 16 in on the ohio river, this year due to stress there are a lot of skinnier tennessee racing bass with a squeaker that barely measures at 1.55,they are showing the effect.

I do however predict a banner fall, with a temp drop of say 7 deg the feed bag will be on ,normally would have to be lower for that to happen but its been so long since anything optimal has been around even a 5 deg change may trigger them,as hungry skinny lil critters, and need to gain a bit prior to winter in order to survive.
