LOL, I have so much hunting and fishing stuff that it totally filled 48 feet of shelving! And that doesn't take into consideration all the stuff that I have in my Man Cave.
So, the additional shelving is being used for household items. But, I have put some of my tools and other things on the four foot section. The way the garage is now, I figure I have about 2/3 of the available space. If I need more room, I have almost the entire back wall that I can add shelves to.

Now look what'cha' done….. Got all of that shelvin' and now…. you'll need more baits n' tackle to put on'em. I mean…. isn't empty shelving against the law in most states?

Well, Janet and I added another 48 feet of shelving today, and I think the garage is done. All it needs now is to be organized…

Building in my garage…
Thursday morning, Janet and I drove up to Murray Kentucky and visited the local Lowe's. We came home with 8 sheets of 23/64″ plywood, 36 2 x 4's and 5 lbs. of drywall screws.
Friday night at 9:30 p.m., I had 48 feet of 2 ft. wide shelving built, a 12 x 3 ft., two level workbench and a 48″ x 63″ closet built. AND, I had all my fishing and hunting gear stowed away on the shelves. I still have to sort through it all and get it straightened out and into tubs, but dang, it's looking fine in the Huber garage.
Next on the list is another 48 feet of shelving, plus hanging some other shelves in the garage to house all the household stuff that needs a home. But that can wait until Monday. I need two more sheets of plywood, another 11 2 x 4's and another 5 lbs. of screws…
Who knows? I might even be able to park my truck indoors this winter!!! That'll be the first time I've been able to do that since 1998!
