Yeah, actually a lot can be done.  You can go there, tell him that you expect the boat to be totally repaired by Friday of next week, and if it isn't done, you're coming to pick up the boat, all the pieces and you'll take it somewhere else.    AND, you want to be paid, IN CASH for anything you've already paid for that isn't in stock!

You can also tell him that if ONE MORE DENT is discovered in your trailer, you'll be filing suit against him for damage to personal property…  Yell

I agree, but other  than show my dismay not a lot can be done about it,been there two months next week, parts paid for 1 month next week.

And yes go over every couple of days, think he knows im poed, was shiny now dull after sitting in the weather uncovered, and while trailer wasnt pristine it now has larger dings in that one fender.

Will remove the tire when I get it home and beat it back out

.I dont figgure ever taking it back to him,for it to just sit around week after week.

I am however not without fishing,as moved near where I can also bank fish, another reason behind moving here.Even when it is working dont always feel like taking the boat out,and just saunter on down and toss in.Staying a 1/2 hr to an hr catching a few keepers from off the dock or bank, thereby making my day.

It still doesn't negate the fact that your boat is down, and has been for much longer than necessary….  CryCry

Dang, I'm beginning to think I've got the only working boat on this site!  What's the excuse now, and how long are you going to wait?

Maybe we should start a pool to see when your and Doug's boat will be done and who's is going to be done first!

Yup you heard right .boat still being repaired,so off for a few min to paris landing boat dock.

Rubber of any kind, worms craws, creature baits, for me  the fluke fished slow and out of sight netted me two keepers in 25 min.Didnt take a pic of the bigger fish due to scrutiny of a bass pro this one ,woudnt want them to think its a great bass(felt great),later took a pic of the smaller one .
