You could always park it in my fenced in back yard, leave it as a rott toy.
It would give her something to do for about 1/2 a day.

LOL, it's been a tremendous day, hasn't it?  But should you want to burn that rascal down to the ground, take video and keep it for your own satisfaction.  Just don't file an insurance claim…  Wink

Yes… you're right. Just make the best of a bad situation. No, I didn't find more. Just a wound that's been festereing for over a year now. All of thist started in April 2009 after I installed the Pro XS. I'm not sure if it's the nearly 5000 miles I've driven, the near $9,000.00 in direct and related cost, the length of time, the countless out right lies, the poor workmanship, or the fact that after all of that I still don't have a reliable hull. The video will never happen – just venting.

While I was harsh it was evironmentally friendly burning fiberglass isnt, but gladly not my problem.
I would however get a burn permit if available, then be carefull in the statement issued with it,as law suits go both ways.
That siad I figgure youve found more since had time to actually look around, however it would or will providing it floats enable you to do well here, and possibly take a new triton home.
One last comment law suits take years are generally settled out of court eventually and the only people who make much money out of are the lawyers.
What can I say lifes a Gamble.
I wouldnt dwell a lot on it myself as past tense. But certainly wouldnt give the guy or the mfg a grand review.
So make the best out of a bad situation use it,to win a good boat, then dispose of accordingly, after removing everything off of it.
Win that triton and leave the beast here till you decide what to do with it,wont hurt my 2 ac any.
At a guess lots of money tied up in accessories like troller depth finder, gps, steering can be removed and sold(ebay),cables,jp etc.
If for some reason you dont win one can always find a boat without a motor fairly cheap and    put that one on it.

That's mild compared to what I may do! "IF" I can not sell this POS AND I can locate a suitable place to perform the act I plan on….

Stipping the hull of anything of value then… drag it off the trailer… then douse it with gasoline and set a match to it. Of course all of that would mean nothing if it weren't video taped and posted on YouTube with the reason why I burned it into a lump of melted fiberglass. Hey…. then it would probably look exactly like what it is… A smoldering POS!

Ill take one cup hot,two sugars and cream,if you want me to take the 209,you will have to pay me,unless it comes with a mota then after they get here would part company, the 209 part becoming part of a new boat in the form of shredded fiberglass, part of my recycleing effort.

Thanks but the name plus the actual title gamble fair weather jacket, its a gimme if cold one stays cold, definate dont want it wet, should say hint fair weather boat company.-do not get wet voids warranty.Again thanks doug but am a small person wear size small, not long tall and texican.

Just some humor in an off color world.

Be glad the Gerkin tis at home, take your time get her ready come here and win a decent boat.

Then give me da mota,ha ha( im hard up when I ask for a black one)

Most likly still be waiting on a piston when that time rolls around.Think they tool up again every 13 months or so.

Well…. being as you are declining the prize for valid reasons I feel obligated to replace it with something of equal value. I suppose that would be a repaired 1995 209 hull AND a cup of coffee!

Li'l Mule!!!!! He picked the date of 26 June 2010. The 209 was backed into the garage about 30 mins. ago. While I also picked June I did not apply a date to my choice. With the date specific entry from LM – He is the winner.

And what did he win????

His very own Gambler fair weather jacket.

How does he get it?

Send a Self-Addressed Pre-Paid box and 35.00 to me….. Jest kiddin'! Send me a PM with your address and your prize will be shipped this week!
